General

Descriptions and photography on this website are intended to give a general idea of the products - should you wish to sample the products before completion please contact us.

Your order will be dispatched as one package unless we notify you otherwise.

Please ensure your contact details are correct on completion to prevent any delays. A receipt/ invoice will be dispatched with all orders.

Payment

Prices are in EURO. 

We accept payments via PayPal or Bank Transfer. Banking details will be provided on the invoice.

A 50% deposit is required after order information has been received and confirmation is communicated back to us via email. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due within 14 days of the deposit being received.

If the remaining 50% is not paid within the 14 days, then we have the right to cancel your order and retain the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds / Exchange

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival then please contact us immediately to rectify.

You have 14 days from when the order was made to raise any issues you have with the order.
